Ross Strickland has been serving here at CrossPointe since 2018 as our Student Pastor. His primary responsibilities are to oversee our middle school, high school, and college ministries, connecting them to the rest of the church body, teaching them about the gospel, and equipping them to serve and reach our city, our nation, and the world with the message of Christ. Ross loves coffee, sports, the smell of fresh cedar, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

Connor has been serving at CrossPointe Church since the summer of 2019 as our Student Worship Leader. He manages both Fusion and The Pointe, organizing, planning, and directing our worship team. He spent 4 years as a worship leader at North Metro Church in Marietta. He graduated from Valdosta State University majoring in Secondary Education. He loves to spend his free time fishing and spending time with his wife and new son.
