What is Serve the Season?
Join with us October 4th through December 25th as we use the resources God has given us to bless others in Valdosta and around the world this holiday season! From Serve Day and Operation Christmas Child, to Adopt-A-Box, The Giving Tree and The Light and the Lamb. We as a faith family have countless opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus—making an impact for His Kingdom here at home and across the globe!

OPERATION
CHRISTMAS CHILD
The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations. Help us reach our goal of shoeboxes to minister to children around the world!

It’s that time of year again when THE CHURCH comes together to bring Thanksgiving dinner to families who otherwise wouldn’t have one. We’re collecting food now through 16 November, and then we’ll need your help getting everything ready and sent out!
Volunteer Opportunities:
🛒 BRING FOOD - 16 November is the last Sunday
Pick up a supply list (below) and shop for one or two items—or everything needed for a whole box! Every item matters. Drop off your donations in the church lobby anytime before Sunday, 16 November.
We’ll take it from there—our team will pack everything up and make sure it reaches families in need.
📦 PACKING – Saturday, 22 November | 9:30–11:30 AM
Help us sort, organize, and pack Thanksgiving boxes with all the donated food. It’s a great way to serve with friends or family!
🚗 DELIVERY SUPPORT – Sunday, 23 November | 1:00–2:30 PM
This isn’t a door-to-door delivery—partner organizations will come to CrossPointe to pick up their boxes. We’ll be there to help them load their vehicles and make sure every box gets where it needs to go.
Sign up below to let us know when you can serve!

GIVING
TREE
🎁 The Giving Tree
It’s simple—pick up an ornament, buy the gift, and bring it back to CrossPointe.
Your gift may seem small, but its impact is immeasurable.
This Christmas, help change a child’s life as we share the love of Christ—physically through gifts and spiritually through the gospel.
🗓 November 2 – December 14
Know a family in need this Christmas?
Send them the Giving Tree request form so we can help share the joy of the season with them too!
THE LIGHT
& THE LAMB
December 12th 5-8pm
This year, we will be hosting a CrossPointe Christmas experience for the entire community! We will present the true tale of the coming of Christ and have many family-friendly activities at an outdoor festival celebrating the Christmas season.
Both the concert and the festival will work together to share the true message of Christmas with our community. We will need many volunteers to pull this off! Check back for a link to sign up!
