The Importance of Partnership!
The greatest problem facing humankind is not global conflict, a humanitarian crisis, or political division. The greatest problem in the world is, and always has been, lostness. The term “lost” is to refer to people who have not yet found eternal life in Christ. Jesus once said, “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost”. (Luke 19:10) He was speaking, of course, about those who are spiritually blind, separated from God, and unable to find their way back to Him. The Bible tells us that God’s plan for salvation was to send His Son to save the world, and to do that He was willing to die on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins. As those who have been saved, we are instructed to embrace our role in making Jesus known to others by living our life on mission. So what does your life on mission look like? In the Bible, the early church prayed, preached, gave financially,, and partnered with others. They did all for the sake of advancing the kingdom of God. In this series, we will look at what it means to truly live a “Life on Mission”!
