A Time for Change!

INTRO: In the Gospel of Luke we encounter one of the richest portraits of Jesus—His identity, His authority, His compassion, and His kingdom-shaping mission. In chapters 3 through 9, Luke shows us not only what Jesus did, but what those works reveal about who He truly is. These chapters form a powerful section of Scripture where Jesus transforms hearts, confronts darkness, heals the broken, and calls ordinary people into extraordinary discipleship. Here we see the Father’s affirmation of His Son, the launch of His public ministry, the demonstrations of His divine power, and the unfolding of His kingdom message. In this 8-week sermon series, we will focus on “The Amazing Works of Christ” and explore how each of these moments not only shaped the first disciples but continues to shape the life of every follower today. As we walk through these chapters together, we will discover that the same Jesus who moved with authority and compassion then still moves with that same power and grace in our lives now.
